Ganjam: In a shocking incident, a man killed his wife and later took his own life after a domestic dispute. The incident happened at K Ramachandrapur village under Dharakote police limits in Ganjam district. The injured woman has been identified as N. Yamuna and her husband was identified as N. Subash Reddy. According to information, the couple had a minor argument. The minor dispute escalated into a heated argument which led to the sad incident. In a fit of rage, Subash attacked his wife with a sharp weapon. His wife was critically injured after the brutal attack. She got injured in her back, head, and arms Locals rushed the critically injured Yamuna to the hospital for treatment. Subash reportedly took his life by hanging himself with a towel inside their backyard room. Dharakote police reached the spot. After recovering the body, they sent it for postmortem, and started an investigation into the incident. Further details about the case are yet to be ascertained.
