Sambalpur:(Correspondent):- World Immunization Day was observed at Gomal Village under the Katarbaga Gram Panchayat (GP) on 10th November 2025. The event was organized in collaboration with the Zilla Swasthya Samiti and Aditya Aluminium Lapanga. It was attended by key health personnel, including ANM Mrs. Sunita Bhoi, Male Health Worker Mr. Papun Mistri, AWW Miss Hemakanti Padhan (Golama-B), & Mrs. Padmini Biswal (Golama-A), and members of the CSR team.
Mrs. Sunita Bhoi highlighted the importance of immunization, emphasizing the proper timing and schedule for vaccines. She also educated the villagers on the various vaccines and their significance in protecting children and adults from diseases. The villagers expressed appreciation for the informative session and committed to implementing the immunization practices in their daily lives.
The programme was guided by CSR Head Mr. Ravi Niwas and Deputy Manager Mr. Manoranjan Behera. Their leadership and support ensured the smooth conduct of the event, which was highly appreciated by the local community.
