OKCL Launches NCR 2026 on Guru Divas to Empower Entrepreneurs

Bhubaneswar, September 5, 2025: On the occasion of Guru Divas (Teachers’ Day), Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (OKCL) launched its flagship initiative NCR 2026, unveiled by Dr. Manoranjan Puthal, Managing Director, OKCL.

Dr. Puthal described NCR 2026 as “a golden opportunity for both existing and aspiring entrepreneurs to connect with OKCL and contribute to Odisha’s digital learning and empowerment mission.” He highlighted that Authorized Learning Centres (ALCs) will not only benefit from new revenue opportunities but also play a transformative role in spreading education, employability, and digital literacy.

With 770 partners already active across Odisha, OKCL now aims to expand its network by onboarding 1,000 new centres this year. These centres will gain access to trusted programs like OS-CIT, OS-CIT ‘A’, and OS-CIT ‘A+’, while receiving continuous training, marketing, and operational support from OKCL.

Beyond skill-based courses, OKCL is also driving initiatives in e-governance monitoring, government officials’ training, school e-content development, and the Olympiad movement—further strengthening its role as a pioneer in digital transformation.
