The Odisha government suspended Padmapur Tahsildar Bipin Kumar Pradhan in Bargarh district on charges of corruption. The suspension followed a report submitted by the District Collector,Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari addressed the Assembly and emphasised that corruption of any kind will not be tolerated in the Revenue Department. He reiterated the government’s commitment to transparency and accountability in public service.Revenue Secretary Dr Arvind Padhee recently directed all offices under the department to adopt a strict zero-tolerance policy against corruption.
