Bhubaneswar, 13/5: Amidst all the speculations, Odisha Revenue Minister Pramila Mallik has been given additional charge of School & Mass Education and Labour departments. These two posts were laying vacant after the resignation of Ministers Samir Dash & Srikant Sahu.
