Chilika, 21/10: Chilika MLA Prashant Jagdev got a major relief from high court of Odisha as he was granted conditional bail.As per latest reports, he High Court granted conditional bail to the legislator who was arrested for attacking BJP’s Balugaon Mandal president.MLA will have to appear before the investigating officer whenever it is needed.
