Mumbai: In a shocking incident, the body of a new born baby was found in the trash can at the Mumbai Airport in the late hours of Tuesday night. The body was found in the restroom garbage bin. According to reports, the body was spotted in the bin by the airport security. The security personnel immediately called the Sahar Police. Later, the police arrived at the spot and took the baby into custody. It is worth mentioning here that the baby was rushed at the earliest to the nearby hospital, where the doctors confirmed that the baby has died. The police said that investigation is underway as to who the baby belongs to. The CCTV footage of the nearby area is being carefully scanned by the police for leads on the abandoned new born at Mumbai airport.
