Sreemayee Mishra suspended from BJD for anti party activities

Bhubaneswar, 23/9: In a major development, Biju Janata Dal (BJD) general secretary and spokesperson Shreemayee Mishra has been suspended from the party for anti-party activities with immediate effect.

 

As general secretary of the party’s women’s wing, Biju Mahila Janata Dal (BMJD), Shreemayee Mishra’s recent comments on social media drew attention to internal party affairs, sparking controversy.

Along with Mishra, Subas Chandra Sai, former block president of Kaptipada, Prabir Chandra Sai, former district secretary of Mayurbhanj have been also suspended from the party.
