Bhubaneswar, 9/11: In a major development, Odisha Deputy CM Pravati Parida  announced that the third phase of the first instalment of the Subhadra Yojana would be credited directly to the bank accounts on November 24.

After returning from her London visit, Deputy CM made the much-awaited announcement.
