Talchua, 24/10: In a sad piece of development, Talchua villagers  of Rajnagar block in Kendrapara district faced many hurdles reaching Cyclone shelters. Villagers Went to cyclone shelter without any administration’s transporting facility today.The  evacuation operation is  going on like this.
