New Delhi, 19/4 (AO bureau):So far, only 37 percent of health and front-line workers have received two doses of the vaccine amidst the growing infection of the Coronavirus. The government had set a target of 3 crore at the time of starting the vaccination campaign. Apart from this, only 91 lakh front line personnel have received the first dose of vaccine. Let us know that on January 16 this year, PM Modi had given the green signal to the vaccination campaign.
According to the English newspaper Times of India, only 2.36 crore health and front line personnel had registered to take the vaccine. If seen, so far 47 percent of registered health and front line personnel are getting their first dose of vaccine. That is, this number is still half.
It is being said that people’s interest is also responsible for this slow pace. People were initially hesitant to take the vaccine. Later, all doubts related to the vaccine were cleared by the government and doctors. Despite this, many people were afraid of taking the vaccine.
