New Delhi, 25/4 (AO Bureau):The third phase of the Central Government’s vaccination (Corona Vaccination) is going to start from May 1 in the country to defeat the Coronavirus. In this phase, all the people above 18 years of the country will be able to get Corona Vaccine. Now, about this, the Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has written to all the states and informed them about this. It has been said by the government that it will be mandatory for people between the ages of 18 and 45 to register on the CoWin web portal (CoWin) and take time for vaccination. This is because initial registration is not allowed at the vaccination center. Official sources gave this information on Sunday.
He said that though people above 45 years of age can get vaccinated by registering at the vaccination center. Significantly, in view of the sudden huge increase in the cases of Coronavirus infection in the country, it has been decided to vaccinate all the people above the age of 18 from May 1.
“The demand for vaccines is expected to increase after the introduction of vaccines to all,” said an official. For the purpose of controlling the crowd, it has been made mandatory for people between the ages of 18 and 45 to register on the Kovin app and take time to get vaccinated. Initially, registration at the vaccination centers will not be allowed so that there is no outcry. ”
For people between the ages of 18 and 45, who want to get vaccinated, the registration process will start on April 28 on the CO-Win portal and Arogya Setu app. The process of vaccination and the documents offered for vaccination will remain the same.
At present, private Kovid-19 vaccinations are being given to the people by taking the doses of vaccines from the central government at the rate of Rs 250 per dose. The system will end from May 1 and private hospitals will have to buy doses directly from vaccine manufacturers. According to the National Kovid-19 Vaccination Strategy, free vaccination will be provided by the Central Government to the health workers, personnel posted on the advance front, and people above 45 years of age in the government immunization centers.
