Mamata Banerjee said – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be more powerful, Congress is not taking politics seriously

Goa, 30/10:Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee said on Saturday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will become more powerful as the Congress party is not serious about politics. Taking a jibe at the Congress party on the last day of Goa tour, Mamata Banerjee also accused the country’s oldest party of not taking decisions. Taking a jibe at the Bharatiya Janata Party-led central government, Banerjee said Delhi’s ‘dadagiri’ happened a lot.

Addressing media persons in Panaji on the last day of her three-day tour of Goa, Banerjee also said that the country was suffering because of the Congress’s inability to take decisions. “I can’t say everything right now because they don’t take politics seriously. Modi ji is becoming more powerful because of Congress. If someone cannot take a decision, why should the country suffer for it? TMC President said, Congress got a chance earlier also. Instead of fighting against BJP, they fought against me in my state. Don’t you think he contested against me, fought against my political party in Bengal.
TMC has announced that it will contest all 40 seats in the upcoming Goa Assembly elections. Banerjee said the TMC believes in allotting seats to regional parties in elections. She said, I want regional parties to be strong. We want the federal structure to be strong. We should make the states strong, if the states are strong then the center will also be strong. We don’t want Delhi’s dadagiri, just enough has happened.
