New Delhi, 1/11: National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET UG 2021 Result and Final Answer Key has been released. The result can be checked on the official website neet.nta.nic.in. NEET UG 2021 exam was conducted on 12 September 2021 across the country. Around 16 lakh candidates had appeared in the examination. According to media reports, in the previous years, the National Examination Agency had declared the result within a month of conducting the examination.
In fact, in the Bombay High Court, petitioners Vaishnavi Bhopali and Abhishek Shivaji had alleged that they were given question papers and answer sheets with different serials in the undergraduate medical entrance exam. On which the Bombay High Court had said in its order that the petitioners should not suffer due to the mistake of the respondent. The examination for them should be conducted afresh and they should be informed about the date and center of the examination within 48 hours.
On this, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, on behalf of NTA, told the Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice NV Ramana that the results are being withheld due to the order of the High Court, which is affecting lakhs of candidates.
