Bhubaneswar, 20/12:In a major development, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will dedicate the Odisha’s longest bridge over river Mahanadi today.
The high level bridge across river Mahanadi at Gopinathpur connecting Singhanathpeetha and Baideswar in Cuttack district will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister.
The 3,100-metre-long bridge, built at a cost of Rs 132 crore, will immensely benefit the people of Cuttack and Khordha districts. It will reduce the distance between Badamba and Narasinghpur in Cuttack and Banki in Khordha by 45 km.
