New Delhi, 7/9: PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday said India and Russia “share a special partnership”.
Speaking at the 7th Eastern Economic Forum being held in Vladivostok in Russia’s Far East, Modi said, “I am glad that I got a chance to connect with you virtually at the 7th Eastern Economic Forum being held in Vladivostok. This month, thirty years of the establishment of the Consulate of India in Vladivostok are being completed. India was the first country to open a consulate in this city.”
