New Delhi, 1/12: The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued a notice to Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Delhi Police’s appeal against the Patiala House Court judgement in Sunanda Pushkar death case.
The Patiala House Court in a judgement passed on August 18, 2021 had discharged Shashi Tharoor in connection with the death case.
The Delhi Police on Thursday approached the Delhi High Court challenging a trial court’s 2021 order discharging Congress leader Shashi Tharoor in connection with his wife Sunanda Pushkar’s death case.
