Modi surname case: Rahul Gandhi files petition in SC over Gujarat HC’s refusal to stay conviction

New Delhi, 15/7: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the Gujarat High Court’s refusal to stay his conviction in the criminal defamation case over the ‘Modi surname’ remark row.
