New Delhi, 13/9: The Supreme Court on Friday granted bail to jailed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case.
The CM had appealed for bail and had also challenged the legality of his arrest by the CBI in the case.
While the top court noted that there was no impediment in arresting a person who is already in custody in another case for purposes of a probe and observed that there was no illegality in the arrest.
