Bengaluru, 8/8: Hotel and restaurant associations have deferred their proposed boycott of food delivery platform Swiggy from August 15 to August 31 after a four-hour meeting with the company’s top management on Friday yielded positive assurances on several long pending issues.
The meeting, led by Swiggy Chief Executive Officer Rohit Kapoor, was attended by representatives of the Bangalore Hotels Association (BHA), National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI), Karnataka State Hoteliers Association (KSHA) and Karnataka Bakeries & Sweet Owners Association (KBSA).
