Bangladesh PM seeks ‘conducive environment’ to strengthen ties with India

Dhaka, 10/8: As Dhaka seeks return of ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who is currently in India, Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman told India’s envoy that there was a need to create a “conducive environment” to strengthen ties between the two nations.

Rahman emphasized the need to create a conducive environment to further advance the bilateral relations between the two countries,” the Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement after the meeting.
