Representing the next phase of the Bank’s digital transformation journey, bob World 2.0 – Powered by AI, delivers a future-ready banking experience and lays the foundation for a unified omni channel digital banking ecosystem that will progressively extend across mobile and internet banking channels. Built on a modern microservices-based digital architecture and designed as an intelligent financial ecosystem, bob World 2.0 delivers a smarter, more personalised, conversational and secure banking experience. At the heart of bob World 2.0 are four key capabilities – voice-enabled payments and navigation allow customers to initiate transactions and access functionalities through voice command, a comprehensive Personal Financial Management (PFM) module that enables customers to gain a holistic view of their finances and improves financial wellness; enhanced hyper-personalisation and persona-based customer experience tailored to individual customer needs such as Senior Citizens, Women, NRIs, Millennials and a multi-layered security framework that provides real-time protection.
