Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railway bid farewell to 18 Railway employees who superannuated during September 2026, marking the culmination of their dedicated and valuable service to Indian Railways. The retiring employees belonged to various departments, including Accounts, Engineering, Commercial, Electrical, Mechanical, Operating and Signal & Telecommunication.
The employees who superannuated during the month were Matha Venkata Ramana Rao from the Accounts Department; Kishore Chandra Mohapatra, Biranchi Narayan Das, Dandapani and B. Sakali Patra from the Engineering Department; Itishree Das, J. Krishna Rao and Trilochan Das from the Commercial Department; K. Kameswar Rao and Hara Mohan Behera from the Electrical Department; Pramila Jena and Benudhar Behera from the Mechanical Department; Debaraj Behera, K.S. Bhaskar, Dinabandhu Behera, Sarbeswar Jena and Mahammad Kallu from the Operating Department; and Phalguni Mukhopadhyay from the Signal & Telecommunication (S&T) Department.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Rajdhari Yadav, ADRM/Infra, appreciated the valuable contributions made by the retiring employees during their long years of service and conveyed his best wishes for a healthy, peaceful and fulfilling post-retirement life. He also advised the retiring employees to remain vigilant against cyber frauds and online financial scams and to exercise caution while sharing personal or banking information online.
The programme was coordinated under the guidance of Shri Ponna Venkatesh, Sr. Divisional Personnel Officer, with the support of all Welfare Inspectors of Khurda Road Division.
