Pari Murder Case : Supreme Court accepts Victim’s mother’s plea seeking CBI probe

New Delhi, 13/1(AO Bureau): In the much-discussed  Pari rape and murder case, the Supreme Court has accepted the victim’s mother’s plea seeking the  CBI probe. The  petition was  filed by Soudamini Sahoo, the mother of Pari, who was murdered in July last year

Justice A.M. Khanwilkar heard the petition and issued notices to CBI and the Odisha government. Senior Advocates Mahesh Jethmalani and Ravi Sharma argued in the apex court on behalf of the five-year-old girl’s mother.
