Meanwhile, member of the NITI Aayog on Health Affairs, Dr. VK Paul said that Bharat Biotech, the manufacturer of covicin, has expressed happiness over sharing the vaccine formula with other companies. The living virus of Kovid has been used to make Kauwaxin, this process has been carried out in BSL-3 lab. He said, “People say that the covaxine should be manufactured by other companies and I am happy to say that the company that made the covaxine has welcomed the proposal.”
Apart from this, VK Paul said that apart from the Department of Biotechnology, the concerned departments and the Ministry of External Affairs are in touch from the very beginning with companies making Corona vaccines such as Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson. He said that these companies were officially asked to send or manufacture the vaccine to India. Dr. Paul said that we will continue to find partners for vaccination and will cooperate with them.

VK Paul was asked if scientists were unaware that a second wave of corona infection would occur? On this, the member of NITI Aayog, Dr. VK Paul said that a second wave of corona will come, it was repeatedly told to the states, but in other words, because panic should not be spread.
