Odisha AM/NS India Kho Kho High-Performance Centre shines with three athletes selected for Team India in Kho Kho World Cup 2025
Bhubaneswar, Jan 11, 2025: Three athletes, including two women, from the Odisha AM/NS India
Kho Kho High-Performance Centre (HPC) are now members of Team India for the inaugural Kho
Kho World Cup, scheduled to be held in New Delhi during January 13-19, 2025.
Two players – Subhashree Singh and Magai Majhi – are representing the Indian Women’s Team,
while the third player – Pabani Sabar is part of the Indian Men’s Team.
The athletes have showcased remarkable talent, perseverance, and dedication, earning their spots
in the national team. This achievement is a testament to the world-class training and holistic
coaching offered at the HPC, which is redefining the future of Kho Kho in India by nurturing young
talent and elevating the sport.
Sanjeev Sharma, Head Coach, Odisha AM/NS India Kho Kho High-Performance Centre, said,
