Ankara, 21/1: A fire at a ski resort hotel overnight killed at least 66 people and injured 51 others in northwestern Turkey, the Turkish health ministry said on Tuesday.
The blaze began on the restaurant floor of the hotel at Bolu’s Kartalkaya ski resort at around 3:30 a.m. (0600 IST), Bolu Governor Abdulaziz Aydin told state broadcaster TRT. He said there were 234 guests at the Grand Kartal Hotel.
