Paradeep : In order to spread awareness on Cancer and preventive measure thereof an awareness programme on “Common Cancers of Male and Female and uses of Vaccine as a preventive measures” was held at PPA Hospital Conference Hall in association with HCG Panda Cancer Hospital, Cuttack. Dr. B B Das, CMO, PPA graced the occasion. Local women were sensitized about the causes of breast as well as cervical cancer, the social stigma, importance of self-examination & the need for early detection and treatment .The proactive step of PPA was appreciated by the denizens of the Paradip Port Township.
