Bhubaneswar 27.11.2025, Miss Jayanti Kumari Mohanty, Ex-Counter Assistant(Disengaged from Service), Red Cross Blood Bank, MKCG Medical College & Hospital, Berhmapur, who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance in a case U/s 13(2) r/w 13 (1)(c)(d) PC Act,1988/409/ 468/471/477-A/120-B IPC, for misappropriation of Govt. money in daily collection slips by manipulating the duplicate receipts from higher figures to less figures, was convicted by Hon’ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Berhampur and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/-.
