New Delhi, 24/3: The Supreme Court on Tuesday declared that no person who professes a religion other than Hindu, Sikh or Buddhism would be deemed to be a member of a Scheduled Caste. For the Scheduled Tribe status, the prescription, however, is not not religion-based exclusion but adherence to customary practices, social organisation, community life, and acceptance by the concerned tribal community
