New Delhi, 25/5:Chief Minister Mohan Majhi called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi today and held detailed discussions on various issues concerning Odisha’s development.
During the meeting, CM Majhi is believed to have sought the final go-ahead for the long-awaited Ministry Reshuffle and Cabinet Expansion in Odisha. With six ministerial berths vacant, speculation has been rife about inducting new faces and reallocating portfolios ahead of the BJP government’s second anniversary.
The CM also extended a formal invitation to PM Narendra Modi to grace the second anniversary celebrations of the BJP-led government in Odisha, scheduled in June.
The cordial meeting, marked by a warm handshake and exchange of a traditional silver filigree boat memento, reflects the close coordination between the state and central leadership.
