The Chief Minister was reportedly returning to Bhubaneswar after attending his official programme in Mayurbhanj district today. His helicopter was scheduled to land in the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) in the afternoon. However, the helicopter could not land in the State Capital City due to adverse weather conditions i.e rain and strong wind.After realizing that the unfavourable weather condition in Bhubaneswar will continue further affecting the safe landing of Majhi’s helicopter, it was diverted to Puri as precautionary measure where it made an unscheduled landing.After landing at the temporary bus stand in Samanga of Puri safely, the Chief Minister went to the Special Circuit House for a short stay before flying to Bhubaneswar
