Bhubaneswar: Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan arrives at Bhubaneswar airport on a one-day Odisha visit on Thursday. During the visit, the Vice President will grace the National Launch Programme for the issuance of Letters of Authorisation (LoAs) for Sustainable Harnessing of Fisheries in the High Seas at the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar, where he will also launch the Odisha Deep Sea Fishing Mission Document.Later in the day, the Vice President will attend the 15th Graduation Ceremony of the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.The Commissionerate police have imposed traffic restrictions on the following road:From 10.25 AM to 10.45 AM: Airport Sqr. Right turn Hospital Sqr.- Airport Sqr.The Commissionerate Police has urged all commuters and residents to avoid the above routes and use alternate routes wherever possible, to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra travel time, to cooperate with traffic personnel and follow all instructions for smooth traffic regulation. However, these restrictions are not applicable for the emergency vehicles (Fire and Ambulance).
