Aditya Aluminium Lapanga a unit of Hindalco industries limited in collaboration with Kartabya partner NGO organized a Capacity Building Training-cum-Demonstration on Mushroom Cultivation at Lapanga. The resource person Horticulture overseer provided detailed training on Oyster Mushroom (Dhingri) and Paddy Straw Mushroom cultivation, covering production techniques, management practices, and income-generation opportunities.
The program was graced by Mr. Ravi Niwas Head CSR, Mr. Manorajan Behera deputy manager and Ms. Poonam Oram deputy officer CSR.
A practical demonstration was conducted by Rajendra Bhoi horticulture overseer to showcase the step-by-step cultivation process, enabling participants to gain hands-on knowledge. The participants actively engaged in the session and expressed strong interest in adopting mushroom cultivation as a livelihood activity. The training was highly successful and received a positive response from all participants.
