Baliguda: The Baliguda Police in Odisha’s Kandhamala district have cracked down on a four-member bike lifting racket and have arrested all the accused members, two of whom are juvenile.As per reports, Baliguda Police have seized 5 stolen bikes and 2 bhujalis (sharp weapons) from their possession.Baliguda Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) informed that this bike lifting gang was stealing the bikes to use it for carrying ganja and other contraband items and were also engaging in robbery using the bhujalis by threatening innocent people.The further investigation is in progress to uncover further illegal activities and seizure of more stolen items from the gang.
