New Delhi, 16/1: BJD on Thursday urged the Parliamentary Committee on the Welfare of OBCs to strongly recommend conducting a Caste Census in the country along with general Census, as the absence of such data has left a “significant gap” in understanding the socio-economic dynamics and hampers formulation of targeted policies.
