New Delhi, 12/10: In a big development , DCGI approved Bharat Biotech’s COVID-19 vaccine Covaxin for emergency usage on kids aged 2-18.
Bharat Biotech had completed the phase -2 and Phase-3 trial of Covaxin in September on Children below 18 years old.
DCGI said,” After detailed deliberation , the committee recommended for grant of market authorisation to children in age group of 2-18 years old.
