Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will lead a high-level delegation to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to attract foreign investment, with a series of investment meetings scheduled in Dubai September 8 and 9 to boost foreign direct investment (FDI).The delegation will include Industries Minister Sampad Chandra Swain, senior state government officials and industry representatives. During the visit, the delegation will hold one-on-one meetings with industrialists, investors and business representatives, Swain said.The government will showcase Odisha’s industrial potential, infrastructure, investor-friendly policies and investment opportunities across key sectors. Special focus will be on metals and downstream industries, petrochemicals, renewable energy and green hydrogen, food processing, textiles, electronics, ports and logistics.A roadshow will also be held in Dubai to highlight investment opportunities in the state and explain the government’s industrial policies.The delegation will also participate in a special programme with Odias living in UAE.
