Bhubaneswar, 14/4 9AO Bureau) : In a shocking development, Congress candidate for  Pipili By-polls Ajit Mangaraj, who had tested positive for COVID-19  breathed his last in a private hospital. He was undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospitals in Bhubaneswar.
