Kolkata, 6/10: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee stated on Sunday that the police should register Kultuli rape-murder case under the POCSO Act. They must ensure that the culprits get capital punishment within 3 months.

She further stated, “Media trials in rape cases must stop, this could hamper investigations.”
