Thiruvantparam,3/8: Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan said on Monday that as the state intensified rescue and relief operations amid continuing heavy rain, the death toll in rain-related incidents across the state has risen to 15.After reviewing the flood situation in the state with top officials, the CM as of 9 am on Monday said that 316 relief camps were functioning across the state.
