Earthquake shakes Philippine capital; aftershocks expected

Manila, 13/10: A magnitude-5.0 was felt in the Philippine capital and nearby areas on Friday, halting train services in Manila.

Aftershocks and damage are expected from the tectonic earthquake whose epicenter was located in Batangas province, south of metropolitan Manila, according to the seismology institute.
