FICCI FLO BBSR celebrates mothers day

On Mother’s Day, FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar and Rays Foundation organized a program at Sakha to celebrate mothers and the compassionate spirit of Sakha in serving the elderly. The event was attended by esteemed members of FICCI FLO and the Rays Foundation.

Sakha has been providing shelter and care to abandoned elderly individuals since 2004. The occasion was celebrated with Smt. Kabita Mohapatra and other dedicated individuals, who were honored for their contributions to society.

FICCI Flo Chairman Rashmi Sahoo and other members also attended the program and honored some of the women in society for their contributions. The Sakha center is home to 30 elderly men and women who were happy to spend their last days there. The organizations also arranged clothes and food for them.

Attendees, including Satish Sarangi, Sapan Das, Vijay Kanungo, Kailash Chandra Mahali, Sheela Kanungo, and Pratibha Patnaik, serve neglected mothers in society in every field with the help of Sakha.
