Srinagar, 19/7: Torrential rain triggered flash floods and landslides across Poonch, a border district in Jammu and Kashmir, on Sunday, killing several people, including three women, while many others remained missing, officials said.
Surankote tehsil along the Line of Control (LoC) was the worst-hit area, where cloudburst-like rainfall turned seasonal streams into raging torrents within hours, they said.
