Shri Parmeshwar Funkwal, General Manager of East Coast Railway, conducted a thorough inspection of the Bhubaneswar–Brahmapur rail section today.
During the visit, he reviewed the ongoing Amrit Station Redevelopment projects at Brahmapur and Balugaon Railway Stations. He also assessed passenger amenities at multiple stations along the route to ensure improved facilities for travelers.
In addition, Shri Funkwal examined safety measures related to train operations and infrastructure throughout the rail section.
He urged officials to accelerate the progress of all ongoing works and take necessary actions to complete them within the scheduled timeframe, prioritizing passenger convenience and operational safety.
Accompanying him were Shri Alok Tripathi, Divisional Railway Manager of Khurda Road Division, along with Principal Heads of Departments of East Coast Railway and other branch officers, who supported him during the inspection.
