Srinagar, 9/8: Nearly two years after voters returned an elected government to Jammu and Kashmir after six years, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah faces a dilemma that goes well beyond a Cabinet expansion.

His government is under pressure to deliver on a campaign built around restoration of statehood and a range of promises affecting jobs, electricity and everyday governance.
