Nitish Katara murder: Supreme Court grants convict interim bail till May 8 to meet ailing mother

New Delhi, 24/4: The Supreme Court on Thursday granted interim bail till May 8 to convict Vikas Yadav, serving a 25-year jail term in the 2002 Nitish Katara murder case, to meet his ailing mother.

A bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan directed Yadav’s mother to be examined by a medical board of AIIMS doctors.
