Pipili, 3/10: The voting process of Pipili by-election is currently underway. According to latest report BJD candidate Rudra Pratap Maharathy is leading by a margin of 20,151 votes.
After counting if round 22 , BJD got 85,784 votes and BJP got 65,633 votes where as Congress performed very badly with a distant 3968 votes
