Malkangiri: Tuna Bagh (22 years old) of Parjaguda village near Malkangiri fell down from the roof of his house about 5 years ago. As a result, both of his legs are no longer working. He moves with the help of a wheelchair and has been deprived of his education. His father is a daily wage earner in Bhim Bagh. Tuna is the eldest son and has three siblings. Since his father is the only earner, the family is finding it difficult to run. Tuna is said to be getting an allowance of Rs 1200 as he has received a 70 percent disability certificate from the government.
