Shimla, 20/4:Tajinder Singh Bittu, Secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) and Co-Incharge of Himachal Pradesh, resigned from the primary membership of the Congress Party on Saturday. Bittu is considered a close aide of senior Congress leader Priyank Gandhi.
